Terms & Conditions

This agreement is entered into between Sakolo, with registered address at Calle de Viladomat 12, 08015 Barcelona, and the customer requesting a service. It applies to the makeup, cleaning and shoe repair services provided in the Barcelona area.

The customer can request a quote by phone, WhatsApp or the website form. The quote is free and valid for 30 days. The booking is confirmed when the customer accepts the quote and, if a deposit is required, when it is paid.

The customer must allow access to the home or premises at the agreed date and time. If access is not possible, the service is rescheduled. In the case of shoe repair, the customer delivers the items to the workshop and collects them within the indicated period.

The price is set in the quote and is paid upon completion of the work, in cash or by bank transfer. If the work requires special materials, you will be informed beforehand. An invoice is issued for all services.

The customer can cancel or change the appointment with 24 hours' notice free of charge. After that time, a penalty of 30% of the quote may be charged. Sakolo may also cancel an appointment due to force majeure, with prior notice.

Sakolo is liable for damage caused during the service, provided it is reported at the time. Footwear delivered for repair is handled with care, but we are not responsible for prior damage that was not reported. We have civil liability insurance.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
