   How do I request a quote?

   You can call us, write to us on WhatsApp, or use the contact form. We reply the same day with a fixed price.

   What products do you use for cleaning?

   We use eco-friendly and biodegradable products, safe for homes with children and pets. If you have allergies, let us know and we will adapt the service.

   How long does a footwear repair take?

   Most repairs, such as soles or heels, are ready in two or three days. More complex jobs can take a week.

   How can I pay?

   We accept cash and bank transfer when the service is completed. We do not work with cards or financing.

   Do you offer home service?

   Yes, we offer makeup and cleaning at home in Barcelona and the surrounding area. For footwear, we also pick up and deliver at your home.

   What if I do not like the result?

   You have 30 days to tell us, and we will redo the work at no extra cost. If that is not possible, we will refund your money.
